Hello,
Can anyone help me to choose Call Accounting software?
I've read this topic, but it's old and discussion ends in the past year...

I have Panasonic KX-TDA 200 PBX. And I need Call Accounting Software that can do following things:

1) Flexible reports. The best thing if this software will have embedded report editor so i could make reports i need.

2) Traffic Analysis statistic. The thing where i can see are we have enough of CO or we need to buy more, etc.

3) Support for Account codes of PBX

4) Availability of LAN work.

We use Phonecontrol - I am using the Prestige model on 3 PABXs and the Classic version on another.

I have it working on 4 different PABXs - Alcatel 4400, HiPath 4000, ISDX and a Nortel Meridian

Alcatel, Aristel, AT&T, Avaya, Bitronic, Cisco, Commander, Ericsson, Execom, Fujitsu, GDK, GEC, Goldstar, GPT, Harris, Hitachi, Hyundai, Inter-Tel, Iwatsu, Jistel ,LG, Lucent, Matra, Meisei, Mitel, NEC, Nitsuko, Nortel, Oki, Omni, Panasonic, Philips, Plessey, Reuters, Rolm, Samsung, SDX, Siemens, Tadiran, Taiko, Telrad, Tennyson, Toshiba, Voca, World Telecom Laboratories.

And they say if your system is not listed to contact their sales staff.

I have used the product for a number of years and have found it fairly easy to use including setting up the database file.

We use SDD Jazz on Nortel CS1000.
Works great, and the support is pretty prompt.
Supports multiple price stuctures, departments, etc.
It has its quircks, but what doesnt'?
