Call Accounting Software Call accounting software allows administrators to track and analyze telephone calling patterns. The software has evolved to include mobile tracking and reporting for other communication facilities such as ACD, hunt groups, auto attendant voice mail and bandwidth usage.

Do you make a profit on call accounting?
I am responsibly for profitability and find that I seem to loose money on every call accounting software package I install. I make a profit on the deal but the service costs kill me. I have used several different packages and the result is the same, service and customer support costs are huge. Does anyone make a profit on call accounting and if so how?
