Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hi. I have a question about the various options to collect (Flexible) Call information logging (fcil) data from BP. I have heard that it is possible to call (dial with a modem) and retreive the buffered fcil data with a regular telephony call. (Much as you connect to the admin tools remote). Can anyone confirm if this is possible or not and if so how is it enabled and setup in the pbx? Or is it any other way to retrive the data from an external site (not within the local LAN) that is a good option? Thanks in advance Best regards Johan | ||||||||
