Fictive number?

No, I think I have not explained so well.

The problem is that my cliente has tow new DDI numbers on the ISDN line and he wants to assing one to a department and the another one to an extension. The problem is I don't know where to configure it at the programming software.

With NEC, for example, you go to the 22-11 item and write the number at the first field and the destination at the second field.

How can I configure it on a BP?

Thanks a lot.

First, how many digits you receiving from povider? E.g. 8 and you have 3 digit extension numbers. Set commands 1925-1929 to 5 (remove 5 digits). If your extension range matching last 3 digits of digits left after above analisys, then DID will work (normally, set command 0164 to yes on all DID extension). If you do not have match ( e.g. extensions 200-299 and digits left 300-399) use number translation table (cmd.2260)
