Rep Power: 0  Country:  | Traffic group matrix Hi, I'd like to prevent int./ext. connection to managers without supervision of assistants. I thought the easy way is the traffic group matrix, but there is the problem with transffering calls from the ext. to managers. Assistant may access manager. Others may access assistant. Should I do something more? The problem relate BP250 ==================== I ask in a different way. Is it possible to prevent ext. A from calling ext.B but to allow of transfering ext. A to ext. Location: India Rep Power: 0 Gender:  Country:  | Best way is to use the facility called as "Master-Slave" configuration. In this the Boss' ext is slave & the asst is the master. Calls to slave will only pass thru' with masters' supervision.. Hope this resolves... Ads... | ||||||||
