restrict external calls for individual extension BP250

Hello, folks!
Does anybody know how can I restrict one particular extension from making external calls on a BP250 via RASC ? I just want it to be able to make internal calls only.
I am missing the operator console, so I am limited to the RASC method.
Can you give directions on how to do that?
I am guessing that it might be solved through the traffic matrix stuff plus additional extension COS settings.
Please help,

Thank you
Cristian

there are 3 ways of doing this
1. from the user phone press *72# and lock the phone. Remember to change the phone password.
2. in rasc, station data change the cos to the restricted cos number
3. this is a tedious one and a novice should not attempt. create a traffic matrix group and shift the extn to the restricted group.

regards

Thank you , Rajesh!
However the first method locks the internal calls too, which is undesirable.
I would do the second one, but can you please be a bit more specific? What if I don't have a restricted cos number? What is that?

i doubt that cristian.. the first method does not lock the internal calls.
for the second option go to station data - enter any station number which has not got outward dial facility - go to COS @day / COS @ night and find what is the number. Then press escape and come to the station data screen - enter the extn number - go to the COS @ day/ night and enter this number there.
One more option is you can press F9 or F11 (command number key) and enter 0103 (cos for day mode) and enter extn number and change the number there.

Big Thanks, Rajesh!
At first, blocking the extension by *72# didn't work until I discovered I needed to reset the extension's Authority Code field from No to Yes through RASC!

All the best from Romania!
