Rep Power: 0  Country:  | Restart Bp250 high, can someone help me For resolve the problem of Restart In BP 250. feauture used : OWS , CIL , MOH in MFU , CAS TRUNK the systeme was in R15 R3A, we had changed the CPU three Times and upgrade it 3times but we have the same Problem do you have any explication of the alarms enclosed 10 AC BATTERY BACKED UP RAM USAGE ERROR. 0400 02E8 FE SYS_INIT 11 DC PROTECTION LEVEL CHANGED. 3C00 9C8D 99 ST.OMINP 12 DB FEATURE PROTECTED BY FECU. Rep Power: 0 Country:  | Alarm 10 pointing to BBRAM problem where all SPD data is stored...if CPU has been changed 3 times allready (changed whole CPU with BBRAM module not only CPU board and keep BBRAM module from old CPU!) it's more like firmware issue...try to upgrade firmware on all cards, including CPU (latest for CPU firmware is R1J and R15 R7A) Other alarms pointing to license usage...please check license for R15...if you changed CPU and keep original flash disk, you have to repair license on Ericsson web site. Also, be sure that CIL PC is connected and collecting CIL data...BP can restart if CIL data overflow to protected area (buffer reach his limit of 500 lines)... Regards | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 Country: | thanks first we changed the CPU by a new one including his own BBRAM an Flash last Week we Replaced it by a new CPU R16 but the same Problems Appears and we had the same Alarmes 10 SYSTEM RESTART. BEA1 0000 FE SYS_INIT Can somme explain it to me the meaning of BEA1or give the alarm caused by CIL PC who make the BP250 Restart to compare it to this alarm Best Regards | ||||||||
