| Junior Member | Number series - Common abbreviated - Error when i try to access Number series - Common abbreviated - and select on of the Directory numbers listed there, i get the following error: Access Management Error Description: Processing the Http-request caused an exception! Details: Detailed process information is reported to the trace-log... Same error happen when i try do other stuff involving number series such as Report - short numbers Any ideias? |

| Junior Member | As always, try to upgrade BMS (current 3.3.4.12). Also,try to export configuration of short numbers, delete current series and import configuration. Befor all this, can you access short numbers via phone programming (cmd 2501)? If you can't, it's memory corruption on BP's CPU...only way in that case is to delete whole number serie and start again... BR |
