route 0

bp250

can we use route 0 to have the spefic trunk line for extension same as traffic matrix (that cause probleme of transfert between extension)
as exemple

ext : 200 trunk : 700
201 trunk : 701

we need that extension 200 dial 0 and reach only trunk 700 call an external number and tranfert it to 201

best regards

yes you can make route "0", remove or change it wherever it is used (ex. operator) then make route "0" with 700 is the only member. If you use traffice matrix, you may have a problem in transfering. use command 1015 and set a tcd, and put the trunk in a digital telephone key, this is better than making a route.

Hi ,

Make use of the traffic matrix, that group a (local 201) cannot connect to group b(dial 0) but can do the other way around.

thanks for your reply

my requirement is how to acces one special route for an extension and we need to transfert it to another extension without trafiic matrix

some one has an idea

Our Customer had un OLD other system that we replaced recently by an BP250 instead but we had the problem of transfering special trunk between extension

we programmed the trunk in a key for the digital extension and by using 0
for analogue one and every analogue extension must take his own trunk

we have Exactly about 15 trunk line
5 for operator (3 only incomming for operator and his must supervise them
by key and 2 for making external call )

and each of of the other 10Trunks are for A director and secretary and other analog Extension

Did some One have a solution for this case

thanks
