if anybody has this tool . pls let me know about.

i read it should be with Telephone Toolbox-CD-ROM.

pls can anybody share about the CD.

That software is downloadable on ;
Telephone user manuals and tools from Ericsson Enterprise
browse to the bottom.

Hi nitnix,

It has soft copys of the phone manuals, user guide, quick reference guide and the designation card manager software(usually, depending on what model). That cd is just a collection of manuals for different kind of phones.
