Bp R14 +aa+acd
Hello

I have problem with AA+ACD. 1 ADC group works fine but 3 other with same settings works differently. Problem is queue message; when only 1 agent is loggend in and busy, instead of queue message nex call is rerouted to trunk rerouting position...

Any ideas

Problem solved, owerflow times was seconds in new groups instead of minutes so calculated av. owerflow time was too short....=
