Looking for a Manual to program a Ericsson BP250 from a Dialog 3213 Handset - PBX Info :: Your Free PBX, PABX and Telephone Information Resource

I am an IT assistant/Gopher at a school where we use a Ericsson BP250 PABX.
Until now we have been fairly happy with the company that has serviced and programmed our system, and they have been very helpful with problems, either making changes to the system, or giving me the information to do so.
Recently however the company has changed hands, and the new service techs have been a little difficult to get to do anything. Where it used to take a day to get a problem looked at, it's now taking a week.
To this end, I am looking for a manual of some type that will show me what I can program on the PABX using a Dialog 3213 handset while logged into the system.
I have had a look through and I know that there is a whole heap of options and the such that I have access to, however I don't know what they do.
