Q-Sig problem in Ericsson BP250 - PBX Info :: Your Free PBX, PABX and Telephone Information Resource

Hi,

In one of the customer place, we have Ericsson MD110 and BP 250. Both are having normal PRI and connected through Q-sig.

In Bp250 side, at a time either PRI or Q-sig only working. Both are connected through same service provider.

We have configuerd BP250 as a master and MD110 as Slave and revers also.

The link will work for 2 or 3 days only.

When we configured Q-sig is a 1st synchronisation, the PRI slip/counter rate is increasing and going down.

When we configured PRI is a 1st synchronisation, the Q-sig slip/counter rate is increasing and going down.

Anybody can help me to solve this issue.

Can I have the version of your MD110, use CADAP;
and also can you verify what firmware is loaded on the TLU card used to connect both systems, please state both.
and lastly the current version of the program unit for the pri, use CNPUP;
