| Junior Member | modem to bp Dear all itried to connect to bp using direct modem from my side ihave prepaired every thing and when iam dialing the trunk number of the side iheared auto attendant message also icreat system access 789 but iam facing this meassege(can not connect to the system {10404} connection time out modem not found. please help br basheer |

| Junior Member | If I'm correct, you dialling a system without DID and you need to go thru AA to connect to the system...create "silent" entry on AA (no need to give a caller info about this entry) eg. digit 8 -> 789 and on RASC or BMS side on dialled number enter customer tel number and enter pause (more than one) and 8, eg 32345566,,,,8 . In this way modem will dial customer number and after pause of app. 8 sec (each , represent 2 sec) modem will dial 8 and will connect to CPU modem. |

| Junior Member | modem to bp Thank you for your reply.ithink it is difficult if iwant to connect the system through (AA) so iwant to test it in my lab using (DID) when icall trunk number translated to 789 ican hear modem sound but after that disconnet should ichange any parameter regarding to this connection if i success to connect to the system iwill tell the customer to assign DID for this configuration because ineed it to do maintainance because the side so far from my company. please help step by step |
