hi all,
two boss and one common secaratery is there in my place.for two boss two separate trunk line is also there , both trunk line should land on secratery extn
and if the secratory is not taking the phone cal has to routed to corresponding bosses extn

like

Hi arh,

Option 1.
Make the secretary's phone the answering position. Then on secretary's local, make the diversion address after certain time, the bosses phone. Make sure the forwarding button is available on the Secretary.

Option 2.
Assign a button on the secretary's phone for each trunk. Assign a button for each trunk for the corresponding bosses phone, make sure that the button for the boss.

I believe there is an option for boss secretary function on BP250, I need to review it. ok.

For the CID on analog phone, I may need some time, cause I dont have a BP on me right now, am relying on my previous experieces.
