QSIG troubles

From few months we have a Cisco Call Manager 5.0 with a router (voice gateway) connected to an Ericsson Pbx BP250 (qsig with a Pri Card).
Cisco uses the BP250 for external calls.
We have some troubles that our Ericsson support cannot fix:
a) when I do an outbound call from Cisco to Pstn, the internal extension is missing (who receive the call sees only the corporate number); when I do the same call from Ericsson, the whole number (with internal extension) is sent;
b) when I call from Cisco an Ericsson busy phone, I don't receive a busy tone but a ring tone; I haven't the same problem with Pstn calls
c) Ericsson dect phones don't recognize Cisco phones as internal and add a 0 as prefix to the calling number for fast redial; of course this is ok for true external numbers, not for Cisco!!!!
d) the qsig connection seems to have problems for external outbound calls when traffic is high; are there tools for traffic monitoring? can I trace the traffic on Ericsson as I do on the cisco router? where can I find documentation about qsig configuration for Bp250?
Thanks!

Hi Massimo,

a.) what standard are you using or what country are you from. b.) same as c.) same as a.) also
d.) Don't know any tools for this, usually based my output thru CIL output. Did you activate the CIL feature.

Regards,
sepay

Thank you very much for your ideas!!
Today the Ericsson support solved the "busy tone", checking a parameter about the lines definition and we didn't have qsig troubles for high traffic
I think that the Traffic registration can be very helpful for our troubleshooting and I want to activate this feature (I hope that BP250 has this feature too, as MD110!!).
In the next days I'll try the commands too, working with our ericsson support.
One note about a)
Today we understood that the extension is hidden every time a phone call is routed from "false" extensions (extension outside the pabx); for example our mobile phones have a false extension for speed dial and sometimes the extension is missing.
Now we suppose that the problem is not linked to qsig but to the routing.
Thanks again!!

Sorry bout that, been so busy lately. you could only monitor traffic thru CIL logs.
