| Junior Member | small configuration Dear all ineed some one help me on this issue please. ihave bp250 40 cordless ext and one operator connected to ptt with isdn(e1) till now every thing is ok but the customer needs when caller call (e1 number) hear this message(welcome to xx company if know ext number enter it or zero for help this will go to the operator. ithink first ishould create operator then AA then use dirno. iam i right |

| Moderator  | Hi Basheer, You should create an AA that would wait for the A party to dial the number and assign 0 for the operator. Assign the right prompt and program this AA on the number translation. example, if a caller would dial the clients's number, 555-xxxx, xxxx will be go to the aa local number. Regards, Sepay |
