Dect in bp250
Dear all
after ifinished from configuration dect in bp250 and registered dt190 some times dt190 shows no network also my system is near afull wireless network system(access point) is there any restriction to use near wireless.
also one more question how can iknow my bp250 software release.
please advice

thank you for a quick replied.italked with the network administartor he told me that the model of (ACCESS POINT) is syslink and freq is 2.4 GHZ.one more question how can ishow my bp250 system release from bms.

Hi basheer,

There should not be any problem with the signal, check the unit itself or the signal strength on the areas affected.
I don't have a bms on my pc right now, please check maintenance button. there you will find another button for you to get those information.
