hi all

we're exprincing a problem with one of our customers, after they had a problem with their PRI link the systems started to act weird, a big noise started coming from the system then we took a back up and made cold start (after trying to restart the system), then the system worked fine then after 2 days the AA didnt work and we had to restart the MFU card and everything went fine then yesterday on of the faxes connected to the analog port on the MFU card was not working and we had to restart the card again.

what might be the problem.

Note this problem happens when ever the PRI link is down and it happened before this time also.

Do you have latest firmware and software for that release? If not, update and test your PRI link for errors because system is synchronised (command 2061) from external source and can cause all sort of problems.
