I need to divert a call not answered by a fictive number (i.e. a fictive number programmed in some telephone keys for supervision) to another extension.

How can I configure it in the BP250?

You can't use fictive number for diversion on no answer. You have to use spare analogue extension or if your system are R16R2A or higher (R3A) you can use virtual extension.
