Hello everybody! I have experienced problems installing CCS 4.0 for BusinessPhone on Windows server 2003. We had to put it on 2000. Can anyone help?

I had the same problem.
CCS setup hanged up during installation USB HASP driver.
(New clean 2k3 SP1 server – just installed – with no special software installed on it)
I've found new driver for HASP on aladdin website: www_aladdin_com (HASP manufacturer).
There was no problem with installing this one.
Problem was – that CCS didn't work with this new driver.
At the end of the day I set up CCS on win 2k server. There was no problem.

I should at an early date reinstall CCS on win 2k3.
Is there anyone who successfully installed CCS on 2k3 SP1?
Any advices?

CCS 4.0 comming pre-installed on IAS (Ericsson Integradted Server) with W2k3. I re-installed CCS on few units with no issue. Also, installed on 2-3 customer 2k3 PC also with no problem. What is a version of CCS? Latest install version is 4.0.1.1 with hotfixes 4.0.1.4. Try also to install first HASP drivers and then CCS and tell us results.
