Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hello from Spain. In first time, thanks to Sepai ( )for maintain this forum. It's a lighthouse in the dark of BP's. Sepai, you know... ![]() And now, the question: Is it possible to list the outgoing calls ? I can list the incoming calls, but I canīt find the options to outgoing. Is it possible in real time or is a log file? If is a log file, how many time or calls can it save? Thanks a lot. Erjamon. Seville - Spain.

Rep Power: 3 ![]() | Hi Erjamon, Nice to see your back here again. It is possible, do you have a CAM(call accounting manager software)? You just have to set one parameter in the BMS. Look for the Call Information Logging, there is one command there to log all outgoing calls, log incoming calls, log local to local call. But you need to restart the system in order for it work(for later versions of BP250). Get back on you for what specific command number is that. Probably by monday. And thanks for the cheers man!!!! Hopefully, I might! LOL!!!! Regards Sepay

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I tested the parameters... Hi to all. I tested the parameters indicated and are marked in all trunks. But I haven't got any Call management software. Which is the most recommended product? I'm seeing the MegaCall by Telsoft Solutions, but I think it will be very expensive. Do you have any idea about this? Thanks a lot. Erjamon. Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Erjamon Call accounting software depends mostly on Country and market. because it's so many programs and solution available. We using program called Periscope but I don't think that is available on your market...for testing purpose you can use Hyperterminal (build in Windows) or any third party terminal emulation software but to run reports, you need comercial solution. And yes, they are expensive... Zoran Last edited by Zoran; 09-25-2006 at 05:33 PM.

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I can't connect to BP250 by COM1 and Hyperterminal Thanks, Zoran. Maybe we will to buy the Periscope Express, because is very important to control the in & out calls. Our telephone account in a mounth is very more expensive than any solution software to make it. Another question for probe the hyperterminal: is necessary to activate a parameter in BP250 to connect with Hyperterminal? My conexion parameters are the following: - Speed: 9600 bps. - Data bits: 8. - Parity: None. - Stop bit: 1. - Flow control: None. I think that parameters are correct, listed in BMS help. I don't know wath is the fail... Thanks. Erjamon. Seville - Espain.

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hi Erjamon There is a few commands that has to be activated to make a connection between BP250 and Hyperterminal (or any other terminal software). -activate command 6301 on all trunks -if you wish to log internal calls, activate 6201 -if you wish to log incoming calls, activate 6202 -deactivate 6203 -set 6204 to sent digits -under interface section, I/O ports, go to your com port (there are 3 RS232 COM ports on CPU, from 0-2 just bellow MOH input) - set following commands: -6006 - 5- CIL without line protocol -6007 - 1 -US ASCII -6009 - 9600 -6010 - 1- slave -6011 - unselected -6012 - CIL -go to Application I/O section -Commande 6401 - enter CPU port number (edited above) eg. 00000,00001 or 00002 -command 6403 - select output format - try with Call/Hotel CIL3Hotel -command 6402 - acivate Adjust your Hyperterminal connection settings to 9600,7E1,No flow control and try to connect. You will start to receive data from BP250. Be aware that buffer on Hyperterminal is limited to 500 records. After that oldest records will be overwritten. Also, if you acivate all above commands and disconnect PC from PBX, you can expect serious problems with system (can even restart) because data overflow. If you not planning to use CLI output, please disable commands 6301 on all trunks and disable COM port (deactivate 6402). Tell me if you need more informations. Good luck!
