Cool Connect BP250 to Dialogic cards

Hi.
My name is Andreas and I'm new to this forum.

I wonder if someone could help me by explaining how to connect an Ericsson BP250 switch to Intel Dialogic cards. I'm building a IVR system and need to handle incoming calls trough the PRI to the dialogic board and then connect them trough the switch to internal extensions. The problem is that i can't get the BP250 and the cards to communicate. Do I have to configure the switch somehow? I've tried several different protocols in the dialogic board configuration but have done nothing with the switch since I dont have the software needed to do this. Honestly, i don't even know which version the switch is, is there a way to find out? The cards are CPU-D4. Also, is there a way to find out which external number the switch have so an external person can connect to it and maybe configure?

The dialogic cards are:
D/300JCT-E1
D/600JCT-2E1

Would very much appreciate if someone could help me or point me in the right direction or/and maybe send me the software needed to connect to the switch. My email is: gibzon@gmail.com

/Andreas

Hi Gibson,
Could you tell me more details about the boards in your BP250? Does the pabx have a BTU D or a BTU C. If you could send me the details of what boards are in your system, I could probably help.

Regards,
Sepay

To connect IVR to BP250 follow the steps:
-create PBX group (directory number = IVR pilot number)
-enter your IVR connected analogue extensions as a members
-group ring order can be cyclic or random
-on connected analogue extensions acivate commands:
0125 - voicemail extension - Yes
0121 - DTMF to instrument - Yes
0122 - Long ring burst - Yes

This setings will work on calls to PBX group directory number and DTMF tones will be send to your IVR. If you need additional pilot numbers create fictive number with direct diversion to PBX group. Call on that number will give different call ID to IVR and differnet message will be played.
