when i check my voice mail and old message that i want to delete comes up.

Password 1020000

"This is *** inc " GENERAL_DELIVERY

is the message i want to change.

The first message before i can hear my voice mail.

after entering the mailbox press ADMIN then 1. It will play the original then give you the oppurtunity to record.. Make sure you accept the recording.
