Hold recall to Attendant

I think I already know the answer, but am gonna ask the question anyway. On the Call Pilot 100/150 is there anyway to turn off the message that says "This conversation is being recorded" when using F989?

I have asked the first line crew at ITAS that same question and was told
no how no way. They alluded to the fact that it was a legal issue in most jurisdictions.

Your not able on a CP.

But you can install a recorder phone (radio shack) line with an ATA, put this ATA on a trunk port, assign this line on the sets you want.

To use this, when you talk on a line, do a F74, take the line (ATA with the recorder line phone) and dial the code (101) , you will talk and your conversation is record.

I had install this option many times, and it work fine.

Truth be told, states are classified as either two party or single party. Meaning in a two party state each have to be notified on the recording, but do not necessarily need the permission of each party.

Simply have the press record during the ringing process before they answer the call. I think that will work.
