This is the system in my own office, MICS w/6.1, Call Pilot 2.0. Set up message notification on my mailbox. Set up CP to outdial on Pool a (1). Only two lines in the pool group. My set and CP extensions have access to pool a. Yet, when I leave a message in my mailbox, the system does not grab an outside line for notification. Never had this problem before, any thoughts!!

Have you checked Messging\RPL\ for restriction ?
You must enable where is allowed to dial

Example:

# RPL Name Num Restriction Code Num Permission Code
1 Local 7 3
2 Long Distance 1 10 0
3 Long Distance 2 10 0
4 On Switch 8 2

Good luck,

I went into VM Manager looking for activity and found none, left several messages and still found no activity, then I looked at the date on the report, it was 2106. MICS date was set for 2000, changed dated on MICS rebooted both systems, everything working great. Thanks, Keith.

Looking at your last post, do you have the CP set for daylight savings time? If so, turn it off and let the CP get all of it's info from the MICS. I have had this cause problems in the past.
