I have a hung line on a 6.1 MICS ksu with Call Pilot 150 , which may be due to disconnect supervision. I have checked my trunk lines -
DS is set to Super
Full Autohold is set to N

I am calling telco, but have two questions-

Is there a "default" time set on new LS/DS trunk cards the for the OSI interval for the disconnect timer ?

Wouldn't briefly reversing the polarity of the line emulate the disconnect signal from the CO ? (after this I would change the line back to straight polarity)

Default is 460. Yes, reversing battery will simulate disconnect supervision, if you are fast enough with the leads. (Just kidding) Most DS is setup to do a battery reversal, so I don't see why it wouldn't work. Most trouble I have had with DS has been due to the Telco. Getting them to admit it is anoter thing.
