Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Need Traffic/Trunk Utilization Help I have a hung line on a 6.1 MICS ksu with Call Pilot 150 , which may be due to disconnect supervision. I have checked my trunk lines - DS is set to Super Full Autohold is set to N I am calling telco, but have two questions- Is there a "default" time set on new LS/DS trunk cards the for the OSI interval for the disconnect timer ? Wouldn't briefly reversing the polarity of the line emulate the disconnect signal from the CO ? (after this I would change the line back to straight polarity)

Rep Power: 8 ![]() | Default is 460. Yes, reversing battery will simulate disconnect supervision, if you are fast enough with the leads. (Just kidding) Most DS is setup to do a battery reversal, so I don't see why it wouldn't work. Most trouble I have had with DS has been due to the Telco. Getting them to admit it is anoter thing.
