Rep Power: 7 ![]() | It all depends on what version you have? If the NIC card is imbedded onto the MS-BIC card you will need to use a program called NAM-IP Lite to make the changes. If the NIC card is seperate, you will need to connect a monitor, keyboard and mouse to the unit to make the changes. If there is no monitor package installed, you will need to have it installed or ask the customer to use routing on their network so that it recognizes the 192.168.110.0 subnet. Brewsky

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | TFS004 question Thanks For the Reply Shooter & Brewsky. Sorry to get back to you so late!!!!! The NAM is a Release 4 w/NIC Card and hooking up to it w/Norstar VM Manager 4.0 works just fine. Where do you go to find this NAM IP Lite Program? And/or This Disk, "Shooter " referenced in his response? Thanks again!!!
