Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I have gotten this to work before to have the IRAD auto answer on L032 but for some reason, now I can't put it back. If I go into voicemail and turn off the AA on line 032, then go to the programing IRAD, Answer line and change it to 032, it says CCR Answer. How do I fix this? Daren

Location: Littleton,Co Rep Power: 0 ![]() | You need to go into AA on the CICS under system programming and set line 32 to CCR NO, or if you are using voice mail to answer your calls turn off the Auto Attendant in the CICS under system programming. Also dont forget to allow remote access / remote admin on the line. You will have to change the remote access package from the default. B.
