I have a Flash 4 ver 2.0 on a CICS 6.0.On ext 32 there is no message for you indication whem one is left.I have deleted the box and reinstalled it.I have reloaded the Flash and still no indication.
All other boxes work as well as auto attendant.Does anyone have an idea on this other than changing ext?

Do you have a M7208 or an M7100? Try Feature #806... we had two sets in house that didn't have message waiting notification, and we thought about the Static Time setting. Try that, it might help...

We ran into this as well.

Double check the F983 and then try the above.

Another thing to try is the manual message (Feature 1). Use Feature 1 from another set (preferably a set with 2-line display) and see if the MESSAGE FOR YOU appears then. If it does, it's not the set and I would look towards the voicemail. If it doesn't, change the phone out and see what you get.

Very good replies from all 3 above. I have had the static time thing before, and I pulled more than a few hairs out before I thought of it.
