Location: A telco building [Maybe 500 miles east of Tiverton, Ontario (CANADA)] Rep Power: 5 ![]() | We've been trying to set up this call center on this NAM with Minuet on it... but we can't record any prompts. Punch in the feature code, then the PW, punch in the announcement #, then it just drops the call and goes back to date & time. Announcements don't seem to play either when ringing up the CDN... I think it's a question of available voice ports, what do you guys think? (Sorry if I couldn't give out more details, I'm off site right now...)

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | The first thing to check is the min and max channels set for the ACD and voicemail. Make sure that you have a allocated and shared the channels available for the NAM appropiately. Secondly, confirm that the CDN (transfer DN ) works with the setup of the KSU you're using. BTW, what is the KSU, NAM type & version, and how many channels on the NAM?
