I tried to connect remotly( using NRU 10 ) through AUTO Attendant to MICS vers. 2 system. The instruction said, when the Auto Attendant answered ,dial Feature ... from the phone at my computer. How can I dial " Feature " ?? Any idea would be greatly appreciated.

When connecting via auto att, you enter either the disa or auto dn setup on the switch. then enter ***RAD after you get the stuttered dial tone and click on ok when you hear modem tone.

Hi Ramjet. Thanx for the fast response. I had never used disa setup, neither the auto DN. When I said the Auto Attendant answers the call,
I ment the NAM voicemail. Do you have the solution to this case? Or if the solutions are the same what you already sugested, can you be a little bit more detailed please. By the way, I tried the Fastrad on-site through direct connection, it worked A1 OK. Thanx Istvan

When your auto att answers, enter the auto dn number, at the stuttered dial tone, enter **RAD (or **723) and the Rad should answer. It might be easier for you to dial someones ext onsite and have them do a Feat 9*0 and trn you to the rad. That is how most of my sites work, except the ones that have DID.

Your remote access will have to be set to allow remote admin on the CICS, and check line settings. On the MICS the remote pkgs has to have the line settings checked.
