| We have a Meridian NT5B01 PBX, we recently changed our Long Distance Provider but one of the lines is still routing the long distance call through our old long distance provider, they are telling us to remove some routing code or something that is programmed in the PBX but I dont know how to do it, Can somebody help me P L E A S E ? | ||||||||

Rep Power: 8 ![]() | You may have a dial out string in "Services, Routing Services, Routes" that is forcing a call to a certain LD carrier. If you don't know how to get into the N* and find this, it's best to call your vendor. | ||||||||
