MICS 4.1 with NAM 4.0, everything was working just fine, now when a call is transferred to an extension with cfna 4 rings to vm it goes to the AA. DRT is set for 6, transfer callback is set for 6. VM does not appear to be busy, 4 Port. Anyways, when the call is transferred it takes 6 rings to do anything then sometimes it goes to the indvicdual vm but most of the time it goes to AA greeting or back to the attendant. I am at a loss. I also tried resetting the system, no luck. Like I said everything has been working fine for the last two weeks since the PRI cutover. Any ideas. Thanks, Keith

I didn't think 4.1 played well with pri. Isn't minimum level 5.0 for pri?

Caller Id info

yes, 4.1 MICS with 4.0 NAM are compatible...

make sure that since you have the FNA set to 6 rings on the phones that you also have the AA set to pick up after 6 rings...it sounds to me that your lines are set to be answered at 4 rings instead of 6.

This only happens on transferred calls, AA set to 8 rings, CFWD NA on sets set to 4 rings, drt set to 6 rings, transfer callback set to 6 rings.

Thank You

Just left the site, removed DRT, transfer callback set to 6 rings, stations are set to call forward no answer to 4 rings. When you call the extension directly it does go to individual voicemail, however incoming calls that are transferred to the same extension go to the AA after the 4 rings. i also checked in vm programming that voicemail is set to yes. I would replace something if I knew what the heck to replace. I also reset the entire system MICS and VM, still no luck. HELP ME PLEASE!!

Have you checked to make sure the redirect Dn is set to NO in the voicemail manager?
