| Re: Meridian Mail question One little thing I do is fake a greeting in menu 0 by this I mean start and stop without saying anything. I put all my menu options in the main greeting so that if the customer wants to change it they can without disabling the ccr tree just rerecord the main greeting this works great for snow days when the customer is closed. I had done this once, however, when you use three different greetings (day, evening, and close) it is a pain to record the menu options in each one. At least with the CCR your main greetings can be short and then share the one CCR recording. | ||||||||
