I have an ASM connected to 6.1

User is looking for a way to not have to press 9 before getting the primline. Anyone heard of such a thing? Seem to me that the 9 "bridges" the analog device to the digital switch. Sound right?

TIA,
CMA

Call Pilot 100 - where are AA, CCR, Mailboxes stored?

Under set programming/hotline/external, program a pause (feature 78 ).
You will get pool access as soon as you go off hook without having to dial 9.However, this won't work if they are running PRI.
