Location: Laredo Texas Rep Power: 0 ![]() | SQL import for CDR data? I have t-1 from point A to point B. I can dial or complete my call from a to b but when i call from Point B to Point A it does not work. all i did was added a PRI and upgrated the software to 6.1 had R1T1. Need help | ||||||||

Location: Littleton,Co Rep Power: 0 ![]() | When you went from T1 to PRI your calls were probably set for the calls on b to a and a to b to go out on a line pool or with a line pool code. If the point to point is set up for PRI on 6.1 software you will have to update your dial plan under system programming and you will have to set up destination and route codes under services. Did you upgrade both sites or just one site with the other already on a higher level of software? If your site A is on 6.1 you can check the settings for the route and dest codes and public and private network and duplicate them on site B, since you seem to be able to call from site A to site B but not B to A.
