Hi All!

I'm presently supporting a two people who are having issues with Callpilot at the client side. They've got Callpilot 2.01, Outlook 2003 and Windows XP

Basically they can run Callpilot with no problem, and can open and play the message as per normal on their computer.

But when it comes to sending the message to the phone (By opening the message and clicking telset), I get a few errors

The first I get is a popup:

"destination is restricted or does not exist"

and it does not send the message

On the second computer it just sends the message to the handset but does not play anything when the person picks up.

A reinstall usually fixes the problem, but it seems to be reoccuring.

Has anyone got any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Are these the only two having the problem. How many unified messaging seats do you have? Also what are you using as the VPIM server?

Just to clarify. You can install the client w/o any other hardware or software, download and listen to your vmail messages w/in outlook, w/o any problems. However, if you wish to fwd these messages from oulook, you need a server that will handle the protocol. This can be done 1 of 2 ways, enable digital networking on the CP or a Mail server with the capabilities such as Exchange 2003.
