Can't transfer calls to voiceamil

ANY BODY OUT THERE HAVE A COPY OF THE PATCH FOR MICS 5.0 AND NAM 4.0 THAT THEY COULD EMAIL ME. IT WAS A PROBLEM ABOUT NOT GOING INTO VML AFTER 4 RINGS BUT GOING BACK TO AA OR OPERATOR

NEVER MIND FINALLY GOT MY LAPTOP TO BOOT CAN NOW GET IN THROUGH MANAGER AND CHANGE THE PARAMETER

This is what I was told to do to fix problem without patch from Nortel.

Redirect DN Patch NAM:

Remember how we have that problem with MICS5.0 and NAM4.0? The one where you need to install a patch into the NAM to have call that were transferred from the AA or CCR to a phone to forward to the personal mailbox?
Well, you can fix the problem without having the patch.
If you have an internal modem on the NAM and call into it using Norstar Voice Mail Manager in your NRU software, go to OPTIONS tab and go into SYSTEM PARAMETERS. It will come up and about half way down you'll see Redirect DN set to yes, it should be set to NO.
That's it. Problem fixed.

THANKS JJ YOU GOT IT, WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY LAPTOP AND CUSTOMER NEEDED FIXED TODAY. KICKED IT COUPLE TIMES AND POOF UP SHE COMES
