Rep Power: 0 ![]() | this is a tough question to give an answer to, but i'll try. first off i'll admit that the ccr tree is a bit of a challenge for a first timer, but i will say that all of the instructions are in the set-up & operation guides, though they may not be in the exact order you may want. but here is a general breakdown on making changes, first you need to "disable the tree", then "access the workspace", then, depending on what kind of change whether it be a menu, xfer, info, or lvmsg, you make that appropriate change and then SAVE all changes, and then "enable the tree". hint: do not hang up the phone during these programming changes w/o saving the tree or you will lose all changes and have to start all over again. sorry i can't give you exact instructions, but there are way too many, but they are all in the manuals. good luck, tim

Location: Houghton, NY Rep Power: 7 ![]() | I recommend you carefully read the Startalk flash manual. You will need to disable the CCR tree under tables prior to make changes or your changes will be lost. You will then need to plan your CCR tree using paths. path 0 = your menu greeting (to be played after your opening greeting) 1 = option 1 2 = option 2 and so on If you want 2 to be a menu, then you can program extended paths suck as 21 = 22 = an so on. It is best to plan your tree in advanced. I remeber being annoyed the first time I programmed a CCR on StarTalk
