Location: Watertown, NY Rep Power: 6 ![]() | At another location we had some inmates working and they smashed a m7208 meridian, they have a very small budget and they we're wondering what they could change this phone with? would a 2616 work?? I'm new and need lots of help. Thanks for any help, Matt | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | you won't be able to swap that phone out w/a 2616 w/o some add'l changes that would cost more than its worth. you can either replace it w/the same phone or w/a t7208, thats a new model that replaces the m7208, and i think it is even cheaper than the m7208. click on some of the ads at the bottom of this page and see if you can buy a refurbished one, then all you would have to do is swap it out, w/o any add'l programming or wiring... tim | ||||||||

Location: Houghton, NY Rep Power: 7 ![]() | Guys, a 2616 is a meridian 1 series phone not norstar. The phone will not work and you may risk damaging the phone and/or line card in the system. Please see http://2k911.com and review the norstar series of phone. You will need to order the same model that was destroyed to avoid re-programming. | ||||||||
