Location: Rantoul, IL Rep Power: 6 ![]() | I am running a CallPilot with a Nortel Norstar. Nothing has been changed in the past few months. One of the users came to me recently to tell me that his "Message for You" has been displaying constantly for a month, whether he has messages or not. The things I've done to remedy this include trying a different phone, deleting and recreating the mailbox on the callpilot, assigning a different line to his DN, and double checking all settings that I thought could affect that. His phone still displays the same message. No one else has this problem. Anyone have any ideas of other things I could check? Thanks | ||||||||
