Here is another 1. ( of my "good" ideas ) What about prerecord 2 greetings, 1 for during the day when the big guy is in, I would consider this as a busy-greeting, and the regular greeting which could be used in the rest of the cases. "Unfortunatelly" the big guy would have to keep switching the greetings, but this could be some kind of solution.

That is 2 bed.He could have switched the greetings by his secretary, when he leaves and comes. But if he wants the system out, then it is " not easy" to change his mind. You have a good day.

This may be a dumb question, however, have you checked the call-pilot administrator's guide? I have not installed a CP yet and do not have a copy of the guide or I would look through and try to offer advice.

to be honest with you, we've discovered that this cannot be done so i'm trying to explain this in a nice way to "him".... i appreciate all the thoughts and ideas everyone had on this though! have a great weekend!!

no, he wants two completely separate greetings at ALL times...please don't stress yourself out over this like i have! the owner of the company i work for is calling him today to tell him that this will not work ... so, hopefully he will be able to smooth him over better than me.
