I was just curious if anyone has ever had a system that needed additional equipment for users that were hearing impaired...if so, what sort of equipment or device is compatible with the Norstar, if any? I have had mentioned to me a device by the name of TTY...not sure if this device will work with the Norstar or not though...any input is greatly appreciated!!!!

I'm in a Hotel Environment and we use the Supercom TTY. It's just an analog line. Walker also makes handsets that allow you to control the volume.

Hi PG, the Sandman in Chitown also sells amplified handsets for N*.
www.sandman.com He also has just about anything else you can think of, and some you never thought of!!! :wink:
