I have a user who is hearing impaired. I'd like to boost the volume on a Nortel M7208 phone. I tried the Plantronics M12 amplifier but I don't think it's doing much. Any suggestions?

There is an outbaord unit made by Walker that works pretty good, but I can't remember the part#. You might also try Sandman enterprises, I think he actually has amplified handsets for N*. Do a Google search for Mike Sandman. Hope this helps.
