Okay,
Need some help on a somewhat obscure one. I've got an old school N*
CLID box for 8x24 (DR 5.1) called an "M8". The sad part of this story is that I've actually installed a couple of these many moons ago. My brain has left the building. (Thank you very much)
I have no manual. This box is probably 12"x6"x2", has a 25 pin male amphenol connection on the side, and next to that is a 2 conductor clamp deal where you strip some jumper wire, loosen the screw, insert bare wire, and tighten.
If I remember correctly, you have to bridge tap your lines ( to the system and to the M8 box and I think the 2 conductor connection is a phone system station (as opposed to maybe a 24 volt power connection).
Am I close ? Anything else ? Help would be greatly appreciated.

Exactly, the first 8 pairs on the Amp. connector to lines, then the 2 screw lugs to an available station port will put you in business.
