Has anyone loaded this, if so how? How does the customer use it etc. I need to send call to the most idel

It's not too bad. All admin is done from a 7310,7316 or 7324. There is a manual that comes with it that is pretty simple to use. If you have a specific question just post and we will help.

Got the software loaded and working, but now the voice mail is not working. I set the min max for 1 port for ACD and 1 port for Vmail. its only a 2-port nam v4
