Changing an ACDN to cfwd to outside number

For the life of me, I can't see where to change a DN on the BCM like you used to be able to on the MICS. Can someone lead me in the right direction as to where I can find this?

They keep telling me there is NO way to have a Voice mailbox connected to a DID without a phone??? We have lots of virtual employees and it would be nice if we could get this working without having a physical phone.

Let me know?

Services->Telephony Services->General Settings Click on EDIT from the menu above and you will see change DN. Also, there is a wizard that can do this as well...


DID to VM, no problem.

set all DID Trunks PRIME to the VM DN. Clear all target lines that have the DID Received Digits you are wanting to use. Create a user voicemail box that has the received digits as the VM Box and the extension. Initialize the VM box and voila, you are good to go.. (This is supposed to work on MICS 4.0 and higher with a NAM 4.0 or higher or CP100/150.
