Conferenace Phones

I have an 8X24 MICS w/4-port star talk voice mail, utilizing AA for answering incoming 4 lines. I want to add an 800# and not have it go thru the AA. I know how to get it to ring on as a line on the deskphone, bypassing the AA. But, my question is, how can I set up a voice mail box for the 800# for RNA? The line will be ringing on a phone that already has a DN with an associated mailbox. I am thinking of using the general dleivery mailbox as the voice mail box for the new line. Is this do-able?

option 11

You can set up a guest mailbox to the 800X, then have the mailbox notify the extention's mailbox where you want the messages picked up... and set the timer for your business hrs of operation. You will get a voice notification of the guest Mbox in the Ext Mbox of the other.

I am interested in how you would have the mailbox pick up on the 800 number. Please elaborate...

Stuff

Create the first mailbox: 224 assign to ext224 with message waiting. Then create guest mailbox -300 then go into F981, Log: 300 0000. Change the password and record name IE., "Danny".
After logging into the box 300, go into admin then press 6 to set up message notification. It will say not initialized, then the screen will show EXT: enter in 224. Then set the times that you want to notify the extension. 8am-5pm. After a message is left in mailbox 224, it will show up in the display as 'Msg for you'. If a message is left for mailbox 300, the voicemail will actually call the ext. When the person answers the phone it will say that there is a message for "Danny". Then in the screen you'll see a softkey Log in button, press it and log into mailbox 300 and get the message.
