This is my first visit so bear wilthlme. I'am a systems Administrator at a church using a Norstar telephone system with Norstar "Star Talk Flash".
It has been working fine up until the last couple of months. Now when you access a mail box with remote notification it takes it's own sweet time to contact the remote phone or pager. Some tilmes it takes 12 to 14 hours before the call takes place. Eventually the call is placed. Whad should I do?

How long has it been since the flash has had a reboot? I would reboot it and see what happens then. I have had probs such as this in the past and a reboot cleared it.

CLID With Multi Que Installed is this possible?

I powered the system down a couple of days ago and this did'nt seem to help. We really didn't want to reset the system accrding to the manual, because it said we would have to rebuild all the mail boxes. If this is the only chioice then we'll try this next. We do have a large ccr tree.
